e7andy – Nickname and avatar in a multitude of places.

My name is Anders Svan, born in 1977 in Skövde and lived my first 20 years in Tidan.

I studied at Volvogymnasiet in Skövde 1993-1996.

After graduation I spent 10 months training in the army’s ranger school at K3 (Karlsborg , Sweden).

In the year of 1997 I moved to Gothenburg to study at Chalmers University of Technology. In 2002 I finished my studies as a Bachelor of Science (Swe: Civilingenjör) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

During my studies I started two companies; Next Source – my own company, mainly for programming and hosting services, and Armini Solutions AB – Software consultant company, with development of applications for the shipping and logistics business. I’ve left Armini Solutions AB.

After my studies I’ve worked and lived in Gothenburg, Västerås, Skövde, Olofström and now I’m back in Gothenburg.

I now have a family with a son who was born in February 2012 and a daughter born in April 2015.

My main areas of interest are software development and programming (Java, Android, PHP and jQuery), training (multisport, running, mountainbike, paddling, climbing, and many other sports).
